The president’s leadership team with the president in a collaborative and advisory capacity to assist in setting the strategic direction for the college. Members of the leadership team have management responsibility which represents all areas of the college.

Dr. Susan Looney took office as the sixth president of 雷丁区社区学院 on July 1, 2018. Dr. 2014年，鲁尼来到热博RB88体育下载担任教学主任. In 2015 she was appointed to the senior vice president of academic affairs/provost.

Dr. Looney completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her MBA at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Cindy Seaman is the senior vice president of academic affairs/provost at 雷丁区社区学院. Cindy在热博RB88体育下载工作超过33年. She began as an adjunct instructor (while also coordinator of the Human Services Worker program), then becoming a full-time faculty member in the Social Science/Human Services Division before becoming division chair 副院长 of the division. Seaman also served as dean of instruction for several years before moving into her current leadership position in 2018.

Prior to 热博RB88体育下载, Ken曾在美国/Meridian银行从事财务规划工作, cost accounting, asset/liability management and budgeting; and Keystone Financial as controller of a member bank, then CFO of their startup mortgage company and Lancaster banking entity. Ken holds a Certified Management Accountant designation and was recently named Large Non Profit CFO of the Year by Lehigh Valley Business Weekly.

多洛雷斯·彼得森 is the vice president of fiscal and human resources at 雷丁区社区学院. 二十多年来, “Dory” has worked at 热博RB88体育下载 in various professional capacities focused on fiscal and human resources.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science (now Thomas Jefferson University), 并获得维拉诺瓦大学工商管理硕士学位. She is an active member and certified professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

DeMarco holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Theatre from Franklin and Marshall College.

Maria Mitchell currently serves as the dean of student affairs at 雷丁区社区学院. 本杰明·罗森伯格 is the director of financial aid/records at 雷丁区社区学院. 本有丰富的高等教育经验, having worked at three educational institutions prior to joining 热博RB88体育下载 in 1984. Shortly after starting at 热博RB88体育下载, he obtained a National Board Counselor Certification, NBCC. He was a nationally competitive swimmer in college and has a passion for fitness.

凯西·坎宁安 is the director of admissions and enrollment services at 雷丁区社区学院. With over 20 years of demonstrated leadership success in higher education, she joined the 热博RB88体育下载 admissions team as assistant director in 2017 and she was promoted to director in December 2018.

Prior to 热博RB88体育下载, Kathy served as the director of information technology at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in Education, 都来自雪松学院.

David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University.

 

 

 

 

莉莎特花 is the director of diversity, equity and inclusion at 雷丁区社区学院. She also serves as the college’s Title IX coordinator and assists with employee relations matters. Lizette于2019年加入热博RB88体育下载. She has many years of experience working with diverse populations through her employee relations role at 热博RB88体育下载, 以及她之前在I-Lead特许学校的经历, where she served for several years as the director of human resources and administration.
